A new update report a year after the launch of the Rugby Team Impact Framework is now available online. The Rugby Team Impact Framework is a model specifically tailored for the evaluation of training and development activities for researchers in higher education.
‘The report demonstrates the increasing engagement of higher education institutions in evaluating the impact of training and development of researchers and the collective commitment to building a more comprehensive evidence base', said Dr Tony Bromley, University of Leeds and author of the report. ‘There is clear evidence of training and development activities improving research outputs, researcher employability and communicating research beyond higher education.'
