This year #VitaeCon2025 is set to take place both online and in-person on the following dates:
Online on Wednesday 10 September and Thursday 11 September, 09:30-15:30 on both days
In-person at We The Curious, Bristol, UK on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 September
The Vitae Impact, Culture and Engagement (ICE) Awards will take place on Monday 22 September during the Conference Gala Dinner at the Harbour Hotel Bristol, UK.
The call for community content to #VitaeCon2025 is now open! This year we have two calls for community content, one focusing on the online element and the other on the in-person element.
The online themes are Rethinking ‘the researcher’: personal and professional values in focus and Rethinking the researcher: researcher reflections.
In-person focus is Reimagining research careers: navigating changing landscapes the three key themes underpinned by this focus are
- Understanding the global landscape of careers in research
- Making professional and career development relevant, meaningful and sustainable
- Championing inclusive and supportive research environments.
