Yolana leads CRAC and Vitae’s portfolio of activities, projects, and programmes, ensuring the organisation remains an independent and trusted provider of evidence on all aspects of research careers. She advocates for creating conditions that enable individuals to thrive in their research careers while fostering a sense of community and driving positive change for people, regardless of their role, background, or career aspirations. Yolana is also dedicated to building strong collaborations and partnerships to further CRAC and Vitae’s mission.
