We wanted to let you know about an update to our two final annual programme events. Due to the strong overlap in themes and to create a more focused and impactful experience, we are merging the following sessions:

-Practical Support for Researcher Career Transitions | Tuesday 21 April 2026 11:00-13:00
-Connect and create: Navigating and managing change | Wednesday 20 May 2026 12:00-13:00

into one session:
Supporting Others Through Change (Without Carrying It All)
This session will now take place on Thursday 21 May 2026, 12:00 to 13:00 (GMT+1).

This session is for Vitae members only.

This session will focus on the often-overlooked emotional and practical load of supporting others while managing your own change. It will explore how to recognise and manage emotional spillover, maintain healthy boundaries, and protect your energy, while still offering meaningful support to those around you.

We hope this session will provide a valuable space for reflection, discussion, and practical takeaways.

If you have already registered for one of the previous events listed above, your place will automatically transfer, so no further action is needed.

If you have any questions, or you are a Vitae member and would like to register for this event, feel free to get in touch: events@vitae.ac.uk
