Rachel leads on business planning oversight and resource management. As part of the leadership team, she is responsible for shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, with a focus on operational improvement, growth, and efficiency. Her role encompasses finance, HR and people development, governance and risk, delivery and quality of products and services, digital transformation and IT, digital marketing and communications, as well as events and project management workflow.
